Welcome to MEMC25
We are thrilled to welcome you to the XIIIth Mediterranean Emergency Medicine Congress (MEMC25), an event that celebrates excellence and innovation in emergency medicine (EM). Organized by the Mediterranean Academy of Emergency Medicine (MAEM) and hosted by the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) and Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary, this year’s congress will take place August 14th to 17th, 2025.
As passionate advocates for the growth and advancement of EM globally, we are committed to fostering collaboration and sharing knowledge that transcends borders. MEMC25 continues the tradition of uniting emergency care professionals from across the Mediterranean region and beyond to exchange ideas, build connections, and inspire progress.
The congress program will showcase the latest in emergency medicine, covering critical areas such as trauma resuscitation, cardiology, critical care, toxicology, prehospital systems, and more. With a mix of plenary sessions, hands-on workshops, and cutting-edge research presentations, MEMC25 is designed to benefit physicians, residents, nurses, paramedics, researchers, and all professionals dedicated to delivering life-saving care.
This year, Budapest provides the perfect backdrop for our gathering. Known for its rich history, vibrant culture, and stunning architecture, the city offers endless opportunities to explore, from the iconic Parliament Building and Buda Castle to the relaxing thermal baths and the charming streets of its historic districts. The blend of tradition and modernity reflects our commitment to honoring the roots of emergency medicine while embracing its future.
Whether you are an expert practitioner or just beginning your journey in this vital field, MEMC25 promises to be an engaging and transformative experience. We invite you to join us in Budapest for a congress that combines world-class education, cultural enrichment, and an opportunity to connect with a truly global community of emergency care professionals.
We look forward to welcoming you to Budapest and sharing an unforgettable MEMC25 experience!
Warm regards,
